She might use win+ctrl+k to start selection and jaws key+space and then m to
mark the end of the selection.

Hello all,
My friend uses Word 2010, Jaws 12 and Windows 7.
She asks if there is a way to highlight large amounts of text other than
by holding down the shift key while down arrowing.
Also, is there a way to continuously highlight while navigating through a
document?
