The problem is that the graphics are not labeled so there is no way I can
figure to know which way they are set. I will try again, if it were only
that easy.

Just run the setup, and get the folowing In the component list, each program
has a check box for you to choose whether install or not. So just press

I obtained an OEM disk from tiger direct and no windows live mail is
not a part of windows 7 by default although many companies choose to
install it before you get the system on your desk.

David, on this machine windows live mail was automatically installed
with the win 7 OS. I always thought it was kind of a part of win 7.

Moving on from yesterday's difficulties to another day and another issue.
I
am trying to install windows live mail on Patty's computer but the
installer insists that everything included be installed even though I
don't want anything else. There is a button that states something like
choose what programs you want but it doesn't seem to do anything.

I know there are some live mail experts on here and I hope that one of
you will send an answer along forthwith.

The loading of her system is almost complete and it would be done
already if it weren't for all of these little roadblocks that keep
popping up.
