If the right arrow doesn't open a folder, try pressing the enter key.

Judy,

If those folders were under the inbox and the inbox was closed, you wouldn't
have seen them. Theoretically, if the inbox is closed and your cursor is on
it and you right arrow, it opens and the folders appear. But sometimes, I
have difficulty with this.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] don't understand what happened

Hi, all, well after unsuccessfully finding the folders I accidentally
deleted, even with all your help, I had given up until such time as my
friend, who is a computer person much more knowledgable than I'll ever be,
could come over and help, something interesting just happened. I had decided
to create a new folder in Outlook to put some new emails in I wanted to
keep. So when naming the new folder I was going to call it my mail. Well, it
proceeded to tell me that I already had a folder named that, which I did, it
was one of the deleted ones. Of course that got me suspicious, but I named
it something else and hit enter. Then when looking through the lists of
folders, there were all those folders I thought were gone, except for one,
and they were all there with their contents in tact. I truly don't get it
and am not even going to speculate on what was going on. I always had the
"personal folders" open when checking before but they weren't there. I just
had to share this happening with all of you, as I'm sure I'm not the only
one who ever had something unexplained happen like this, although in this
case it's positive. (smile) Judy & Tallie
