IMO, Word 2003 is the most accessible but not no longer realistic for
most people.
Next best is Word 2010 with Word 2007 last choice.
This opinion is based on the ease of accessing ribbon components with
stand-along
keyboard shortcuts.
For example, you can still get to the Tab options with Alt + O T.  This
is a shortcut from Word 2003 - Options > Tabs.
The Word 2010 procedure is a lot longer at Alt + P, PG, Alt + T.
