Hello, I'm using JAWS 15 with Windows 8 and Office 2010. Recently, I find that I cannot sort my E-mail in Outlook. I want to sort a particular folder by sender in order to find a set of E-mails. I go to view > arrangement > arrange by. When I press space or enter, nothing happens. This used to work and now it doesn't and I don't understand why. It is not a JAWS 15 issue because I tried it running JAWS 14 and got the same result. I'm sure that I'm missing something simple but I can't think of what it might be. It's 5:00am and I haven't had my coffee yet and that may be the problem. Anyway, for the moment, I'm stumped. If anyone can, please help.
