Susie, I may not understand your situation correctly but I think that I may see your problem here. If you have gone into the settings center and changed the setting for quotation marks to none then it will read the quotation marks when you have punctuation verbosity set to none or anything more verbose than none. All of the other punctuation verbosity settings are more verbose than none so it will always read the quotation marks. Not sure if that made sense. Go in and change the setting for quotation marks to all and then, unless you have your punctuation verbosity set to all, it shouldn't read them. Last year when those voices came out I was working with one of them and I found out about the capital letter problem at an in opportune moment, so I am glad to see that has been fixed.
