Subject: [JAWS-Users] re my jaws 11 screen reader cannot read the text I have written in my message I am preparing to send in the new windows live mail on the outlook dot com webpage dilemma

Hello List Members,

I am not able to check the presence of my text in my message I am composing because my jaws 11 reader reading commands don't find any text. I try using the arrow keys and all they say is "blank" everywhere.

I apologize for any typos or spelling mistakes there may be in this message as I will not be able to proofread it after I am done with this message.

Sighted people tell me that the writing can be seen on the screen but my jaws 11 can't find it.

Any ideas or special jaws commands would be a great help.

Incidentally, if I go to my sent box and open the message that I have sent, my jaws 11 program, for some reason, can read that message; so I am confused.

Again, any and all helpful ideas or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Jacques
