Hi Denny Jorge, Susie, & Tom, Everyone that I have asked has said that the, insert, shift, + control keystroke, does not work in Outlook 2010. So, I was asking to get a broader opinion as to see if I could get a working reply directly to sender keystroke to add to my list. Control + r, replies to the current message & control, shift, + R, replies to all. Thank you all very much for your replies & input. Take care. Mike This email was sent from my, iBarstool.
