to forward, do this,
1. ctrl 3, shift tab to contacts, then hit the eplications key, arrow down
to send mail, right arrow over to personel, then ault t, and tab down to
subject and send. hope I got all that in
as for attachments, gocontacts, via the ctrl 3, then do the same as above
with out the ault t, then do your message, and then hit ault to incert then
tab to find attach file, and then look for your file, and when you find it,
then hit enter, then send hope that helps

Can anyone tell me the keystrokes for bringing up the attachment and for
