That's the point, when I opened it directly the compile didn't work. Only when I opened the script manager first and then did file open did the compile work. Just a strange oddity I suppose you could call it.

So I tried opening the script manager by accessing it in the list of managers, then doing a file open for the my extensions file and simply hitting control S to save and compile it and everything is working properly. I have a number of menued scripts along with some other functions ETC that like I said are referenced from the my extensions file. One of them is very important in helping me manage this list for approving messages which is quite useful along with being a great time saver. That is so strange why the compile command wouldn't work opening the file directly but opening it from the script manager And it worked fine. Maybe I'll report this just because I can't be the only person who does this kind of thing.
