Stephanie, I went to the bank of America.com site and of course I can't log in, but I will tell you what I found and hopefully it will give you some direction. When you are on the site at the top of the page press l and it will bring you to the first list. If you arrown down once it will say "personal." Press enter on this. Then it will bring up a new page, press h for headings and you will come to one that say something like "handle banking online" and if you arrow down once it will say "bill pay."
