It appears that if you launch IE from the taskbar in Windows7 as I do, that the program is already maximized. Nevertheless, I often find myself manually maximizing because the last few JAWS versions have had the same issue John reported- JFW not reading correctly which link has focus, and my issue with Alt-left-arrow not reliably working.
