Hello Derrick,

When you use the Open dialog box in Word you can tab to the headers area.
In Word 2013 it is just past the file list for what is chosen in the tree
structure. I am not sure for Word 2007 but it should be just after the list
of files or perhaps before it. When you find the headers use your right and
left arrow keys to move header to header. Find the Name choice and press
enter key. The Name header is likely the first header and if it is then
just press enter key to reverse the sort order according to that header.
You can use arrow keys to the various headers and press enter key to do the
type of sort you want for the list of files. It is dependent on what
headers you have set in Windows Explorer.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] CHANGING DIRECTION OF FILES LISTED IN MS OFFICE 2007

Hi List

I use JAWS 13 with Windows 7 and MsOffice 2007. I want to change the
ascending files in "my documents" to descending but cannot find the
keystrokes to do this. Help will be appreciated indeed.

DERICK
