Hello Jim, The only thing that was not enable was the senders photo_ outlook. Something. But, the key commands were not working, so I got visual help to click the mouse. Anyhow, the problem is still there.

If you hit your alt key and the letter H and get the help menu, and arrow down to disabled items, and hit enter there, you will see at least one disabled item there, I had two disabled, and I enabled one, and all is fixed now. Hello, The reason outlook is not reading with jaws is because you have been infected with malware and it has cause damage. Maybe run the office 2007 Enterprise disc and do a repair or you just have to live with your outlook problem.
