HI Sugar. I've had this trouble a couple of times. The problem I found was despite everything I did I couldn't get rid of it because outlook kept trying to send but it was too large. What you have to do is Go to your file menu and click on Work offline then close outlook and wait for around 60 to 90 seconds to be sure the programme has completely shut down. Now re-launch outlook and go to your outbox and delete the file, you should find it goes this time. Once it has gone, you can then go back to your menu and click on Work Online and that should solve the problem, it has done so for me but I was working on XP but the principle should still apply.
