When I press the alt key jaws says virtual ribbon, but there are no menus.
The arrows don't work, because there is nothing there. No view, no file,
tools, etc.

Try pressing the alt key and right arrow to view.
Then, down arrow to list and enter.

Yes, it is.. The issue started suddenlly when I was writing. I think I
entered a wrong comand, but don't remember wich.

Hello,
I hope someone can hel me on the following.
I some how entered a combination of keys, I don’t know wich, that made the
virtual ribbons disappear. When I press alt, it says virtual ribbon, but
nothing appears. When I move arrow left, right, up or down it is a blank
display.
I went to the Jaws setting center and the virtual ribbon is checked. I
restarted the computer and the problem persists.
