Hi Scott. At first you must run the archive tool in Outlook, so your message folders and addressbook folder are stored. Than you should findd them in your Document's folder, in a subfolder named Outlook-files. Don't have Office 2007 myself, I am running Office 2010 and 2013, but hopefully the description work's.
