Hi Ann Marie, You can create a folder for this person if you want to do that in your drop box program. Just go into drop box, and hit your application key and go to new, and under new, you'll see folder. So, here you can call that folder what you want, such as, Jim and Ann Marie, and then, you can invite whoever that person is to share the folder you created.
