If you bought the PC from a big box store as peoplele call them to not name names, then count on your coppy of Win 8 being 64 bit so I'd get the 64 bit JAWS if I were you. Just out of curiousity, how does any one even end up with 32 bit? When now every one makes their PCs with 64 bit win 8. This was true even with Win 7 too. I almost put 6 which technically would have been the all hated Vista. Poor, poor Vista.
