Hi Ann, With the PDF document open try pressing, Alt + F, for the file menu, press enter on save as, choose PDF format, find the save button but, make sure you know where this document is going to be saved to! I've done this in the past & if you don't select where to save the file to, it gets buried somewhere in the subfolders of the User folder. I do meaned buried! LOL LOL HTH Take care.
