After you type in a few characters of the address, try pressing control K to
check names.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] contacts in outlook 2010
Hi, at work I am using jaws 12, win 7 and outlook 2010. Even though I have
people in my contacts, if I go to type a new message to one of them, it will
not bring up the contact. My computer at home, which has an older version of
outlook, will bring up contacts as soon as you press the first letter and
you can scroll through to the one you want. At work it does nothing at all.
What can I do or set to make that happen? Thanks in advance. Judy & Tallie
