No, not in Jaws 15.  It is A, as noted in the documentation.

They seem to always change a couple commands with each version release. I understand the issues with conflicts with Windows 8 commands, but to me, it is a lack of user-friendliness to change commands that have been in Jaws for years and years to a different command when they add a new one. It would be more user-friendly just to add the new one with a new command. To me, A has no relation to radio button except for the long A sound.
