Hi You can export the contacts to a file, get that file to the Windows XP machine and then import it into the contacts folder. I'm not familiar with Outlook 2007, so I can't give the exact steps for that version. But in Outlook 2000, you would go to the File menu and press enter on Import and Export. Then on the next screen, choose Export to a file or Import from another program or file and press enter. Then fill out the info on the next few pages and submit it.
