Could someone else's key have accidently or intentionally been installed at some point? I can tell you that if that has ever happened, sometimes, it rears it's other ILM number and no matter how many times you delete and put in the correct one, it seems to never go away entirely.
I just updated my SMA as of Monday, so come Jan 1, I am going into the 40 min mode. Then I get a pop up and another ILM number is in the edit field, so by now, I am an expert at this. I delete that one and put in mine and so far so good. Also I noticed that JAWS and OpenBook 9 have the same locking code on a Windows XP machine, but on my Windows 7 machine, they have different locking codes, both in the first 5 minutes after booting and later when they can run authorized. Is this something normal for Windows 7? Also after I had authorized JAWS 5 minutes or later after rebooting the computer, it appears that my JAWS authorization disappeared from the computer a few days later. The ILM viewer for JAWS said no JAWS authorization could be found. Other than the option to remove product activation, (which I did not do), is there any other situation that can completely remove the JAWS activation? Thanks.
