Dan, yes, a kind of sticky key is what I'm looking for. However, getting in
and out of the mode would have to be a good deal more facile than the
current sticky keys. I perceive that people would only want to use it on
occasion, hence, some kind of multiple tap that would cinch it followed by
another tap to release it, would make sense to me.
