Put your emails in conversation view. Alt v for the view ribbon. Tab to where it says show as conversation. If it isn't checked check it, then it will ask if you want it for all folders or only the folder you are focused in.
Then when you cycle through emails, you will hear the thread with the senders separated by emails, and if you tap delete, it will ask if you are sure you want to delete all of the emails in the selected conversation, or something to that affect.
