Hello When I opened up outlook 2010, I use to be able to press the letter of first name and my curser would go there. For example If I had a e mail from "jack" all I would do is press J and and my curser would go to the J's etc... Can someone help me do that again? Instead of having to scroll all the way down to an e mail I was looking for?
