Hi, when I am in the inbox, I use the tab key to open the emails and it always
works. Then use shift tab to close them. Now I use Outlook for my emails, so
don't know if that makes a difference. The only time I use the enter key to
open an email is if I have to open an attachment. Judy & Tallie
