Hi Liuda, when you get that message, turn on the jaws cursor and see what's at the top of the page.
When I do my updating (daily) I always get the suggestion to upgrade to the pay version. If you go to the top of the page with the jaws cursor, you should see scan my computer, etc. otherwise, I'm not sure what's going on.
