Hi Trish,

What PDF are you speaking of & where do you get it from?
Take care.

did you read the PDF? it tells how to access that stuff. However, it also
states, it uses some color coded symbols to indicate files updated status
etc. can jaws tell us colors?

Hi Trish & Maria,

I'm sorry I wasn't more specific when I said I couldn't access the menues in
Dropbox 2.6.5. The menues I meant are the program menues where you could
change your download, upload speeds, & other program settings. I used to
press enter on the Dropbox system tray icon & I would get a dialogue asking
if I wanted to open the DB folder, menues, & I don't recall what else was
there. Well, if you pressed enter or spacebar on the menues option you
could get into these program settings but, you had to use your Jaws cursor
to navigate them. Now, I can't find these settings, if they even exist, in
this newer version. Maria mentioned that she's running version 2.4....., &
if I recall you could still access the menues in that version. Maria, would
you or, anyone else running an older version, verify this please? Thanks
much.
Take care.
Mike

Hi Trish,

When you are in the system tray with Dropbox highlighted tab 3 times to the
double left click button & press the spacebar to open your folder list. I
haven't found a way to access the menues with either XP or Windows7, only
the folder list. HTH
Take care.

I am asking if anyone who might be using drop box 2.65 are experiencing any
issues that also use windows 7 home and jaws 15 latest?

I am having major issues here and it's making me crazy.

When drop box is in the tray, if I enter on it, and then open it, it spits
me right back into the program I was or still am in. Like, my window's mail
client. drop box does not open. So I can only think, it's this version not
compatible with win/7 or jaws 15 latest.

Does anyone know the answer?

Trish
