I have an iPhone 5, and I think that what he was getting at, although it is a very expensive solution, is that you can use siri, which is a voice activated way of using your phone, to convert temperatures from Fahrenheit to Celsius or the other way around simply by asking, and the iPhone will respond, verbally with the results. My suggestion of using the Windows calculator is already on your PC, and it works with jaws. No Internet is needed.

From Celsius to Fahrenheit, how about something you probably already have?
The Windows calculator. The heck with the Net.
