when i open ms word this morning, my jaws froze up, and since i
couldn't do anything to get jaws back, i had to reboot, and i've tried
to open ms word 2 other times, with the same result. ms excell works
great, but no ms word, and i even tried to open it from my programs
list. can anyone help? jaws 12.1, win 7
