Hi all I found out a long time ago that sometimes when it say you can hit the space bar to uncheck something it does not all ways work and I just so happen to think about that and went back to options and controled tabbed to read and once there just tabbed to plain text and it said uncheck but once I hit alt r then it said unchecked again and I saved it and now all links work. Most of the times things are really unchecked but every now and again it is a false reading so just wanted to pass this on to others if you have the same problem with outlook and clicking on links.
