Necessity is the mother of invention.

I solved my own puzzle with a work around.

I focused on one of the 3 attachments that is not necessary. I went to the
Application key and there was an option there to remove. I did and then it
was routine to save the JPG photo.

I have 4 messages. On each there are 2 attachments that are of no interest
to me. I do need to save the third attachment on each message which is a
picture. I don't care if I must save the useless attachments to Documents
just so I can also get the necessary one saved as well.

   No matter what I try with the alt f, nothing works to get the picture to
Documents.

I use Win 7 and Jaws 12, as well as Outlook 2010.

Thanks for your help, as always. You do answer most of my inquiries and I
appreciate all of your ideas, all of the time.
