I'm not sure if this is a JAWS issue or a windows issue, but when I lauch my documents and try the first letter navigation or use the arrow keys to navigate through my list, the computer will freeze up and JAWs gives an error message and won't let me access the documents. This doesn't happen when I open Microsoft Word first then choose the file open option and search the list of documents that way. I have Windows 7 64 bit and JAWS 13, anyone know of a fix for this?
