That did not solve the problem but randomly I did something else that did
and also deleted it from the Google website directly as well.

I received a message from Jaws Users that is causing problems in my In Box.
I cannot delete it nor can I read messages that are coming in recently above
it. If I focus on the message and delete it, so I think, a message on one
side of it is deleted but never that bad message. I try to use the JAWS
cursor also, but nothing seems to help.

   What can I do to permanently delete this one specific message and get it
out of the way because it is causing major roadblocks for me???

   I use Win 7, JAWS 12 and Outlook 2010.
