Brilliant, thanks, when I am RDP'd on to my laptop from my desktop and press
the applications key in the folder view, nothing happens for some reason.

Press ctrl+shift+e.
Enter a name for the new folder.
Chose Inbox from the tree view to create the folder under the inbox.

Or put focus on the inbox and press application key and down arrow to new
folder.
The create folder dialog appears and inbox will be selected by default.

Hi friends,

Can anyone remind me how to create a new folder in Microsoft Outlook 2010 under
the inbox level?
I do a ctrl+I to go to the folder list then right click but it won't give me
any options for some reason.

Many thanks in anticipation,
