If you're running Windows 8 with Internet Explorer 10, you probably have realized by now that there are two different versions of IE: one that is a full-screen Metro app and one that is just a desktop version that we've always had for years and years.
Normally, if you go to the Start screen, you'll see the Internet Explorer 10 tile, which will load the Metro full-screen version of IE: Go to Internet Options alt+t+o ctrl+tab until you hear; Programs now use the arrow key and choose; Always in Internet Explorer on the desktop for How you Open Links it's the third choice. now tab okay press enter. hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of anna vimini Sent: Monday, March 17, 2014 2:13 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] internet explorer 10 Hi all, in windows 8.0 when I enter internet explorer is it suppose to come up like a search engine? if so how do you get to the file menu.
