I am using the latest build of JAWS 15 and Windows 8. I am having some E-mail and internet problems and I would like to know if any of you have any idea what is going on and how to fix it. I have three E-mail accounts, all hosted by Xeran, which is my web host. All three accounts are set up in outlook 2010. Sometimes, when I start my computer, the new E-mails will not show up for one of the accounts. It is always the same account. Restarting Outlook does not fix the problem but restarting the computer does fix it and the problem will remain fixed for as long as the computer is running, at least until the next shutdown and restart. This problem is intermittent. It is more frequent than it used to be. It will happen at least once per week and sometimes, for a while, it will happen every day. The other problem is that, sometimes, when I start the computer, I will not have internet access in Internet Explorer 10, though other programs, like Outlook, can access the internet. Again, to fix the problem, I have to restart the computer. This usually doesn't happen at the same time as the E-mail problem. Both of these problems happen rather I am on wifi or on a wired network connection. Any ideas? This is getting very frustrating.
