Kimsan, your idea sounds really nifty, but it doesn't work. The alt h gets
me to the paste, but the A S only ping and nothing else. Perhaps my settings
are incorrectly configured. I use Win 7 and Outlook 2010.
However, from the paste, I can tab to the signature button and select the
correct one on the arrows. This will be perfect, a huge improvement over
typing things in manually, especially with diacritical marks.
Thank you very much.

Alt h followed by A S.
If you have more than one, just up or down arrow and press enter on the
preferred signature.
So, alt h and A S. Think of it as add signature for the A S.
This is manually adding the signature in the email, btw.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Signature, how to use it

I am using win 7 and JAWS 12.

I have excellent instructions about how to create a signature in Outlook
2010.

Now, can someone please tell me how I can use a signature at the end of an
e-mail message?

How do I locate the one I need to use to select it?

In advance, thank you very much.
