Not only am I a more proficient virtual ribbon navigator in Office
2010 as a result of the thread, I was able to resolve an apparently
idiopathic disappearance of the lower ribbon options. It turns out
that, by some way or another, the v.r.was minimized. I toggled
"minimized" and the lower ribbon returned to its friendly, old self.
