Hi, thanks for that tip. I am using jaws 13. Now when I tried it using
windows key and c it said "not in a text window." Now what? Judy

Hi Judy.

Depending on wich version of Jaws you're running, it's correct if you're 
running Jaws 15, but if it is version 14 or 13, than forget the insert key 
in the process.

Okay, according to what someone wrote in, this is what I did. I selected an
email and did control C. Then selected another email and press insert
windows key and c. Nothing happened; isn't it supposed to say something. I
continued on anyway selecting another email and doing the insert windows key
c keystroke. Then I pasted it into a word document and the only thing that
was there was the original email I copied. So what is wrong here?  Judy &
Tallie
