Hi,

You need to go into the account settings of the particular email address you
are using. Now go to advanced and use the tab key till you come to "keep a
copy on server" or something like that then uncheck this and OK back out of
there. That should do it.

Outlook has a setting that will remove everything off the server,  I cannot
find that setting I am using outlook 2010.  I look everywhair but can't find
it.
