Hello All, I know I have performed the task in the subject field before, but when attempting to do this once again, the settings do not stick. Here are the steps I have used:
1. Press Alt+H, G to open Styles group box. 2. Open Style Set submenu. 3. Up arrow to Word 2003 and press Enter. 4. Return to Styles group box by pressing Alt+H, g. 5. Up arrow to Set As Default and press Enter. The above steps, I am certain, have worked in the past. However, now when I attempt to exit Word, I am presented with the option to save the document. If I say Don't Save, the setting reverts to the 2010 styles, and if I choose the Save option, Word wants to save the document as a generic .docx and doing this does not result in the settings being saved anyways.
