[JAWS-Users] what's a good external synthesizer?

Friends, I'm using jaws15. I'd like to know what's a good external 
speech synthesizer?
I got DecTalk uSB but since i'm using windows7, it just sits there 
like.....I don't wanna play!. haha!.
Seriously, I don't know what's going on.
Any suggestions?
