Hello list members:
In opening specific email messages, I am unable to complete the AltH, A, V keystroke sequence. After pressing AltH I receive a pin sound and JAWS says: "ignore conversation". Tabbing over to cancel this message does not resolve the problem. I would appreciate any input regarding how to correct or resolve this issue.
