If you want to go free, try Ashampoo Burning Studio Free, found at
www.Ashampoo.com. If you want to invest a little money, I would recommend
Cyberlink Power to Go 9 Platinum or Deluxe. Or, Roxio Easy CD DVD Burning.
Both of these can be picked up on Ebay for a good price. All of these
products will both rip and burn, but to rip a protected DVD, you will need
a decryption software. I'll not recommend one of these, just to say that
an internet search might give you some results.
