Hi Jorge, That command has had it issues over the years in different e-mail clients so I just snag the address from the message header. That is how I sent it to you I can't use that particular keystroke, I have it assigned elsewhere. HTH, Rick Justice

So, I'm thinking how you happen to read what I wrote. I guess there is no privacy with the command above. Thanks for the waking up call. If, you want to reply back just in case, you will have to use insert + shift + R. If you use Control + R everyone will see what you wrote. , ok. The only command that work was the first one alt + 1, which you can get by shift + tab. All the other ones did not work in Outlook2013 from an open message. Pressing the Alt+1 command twice will place Jaws in that field so you can make changes to that field. Don't forget that you can press Jaws help (Insert+1) and press all the Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3 etc commands to get various information about the Alt+email message. I knew I could shift tab, but didn't realize about the alt 1 pressed twice quickly. This will work, especially when people don't sign their emails (which I've been known to forget to do).
