I figured everybody could use a refresher course, you're welcome. FYI in the future if you have such a question of that nature you may use:

For example sending a message to your mother while carbon copying the same message to your brother, sister ETC. Many people send the same message out to multiple mailing lists at the same time which might be a time saver but not always on topic for every list involved. So we adopted the policy in the beginning that if you want to post to this list the message must be sent only to this list and nobody else at the same time. Some might get posted but the server is quite good about catching such things. Then what happens is those messages get held for moderation. At that point we have to read them and send an approval or denial notice depending on the message to the server. It's not a long process but when it happens 10 times a day or more depending on the day it starts to get annoying. Your messages have been fine and yes I see you are a new member, welcome to our little corner of the world so to speak. I was unable to tell from your message what practice you are stopping. Can you illuminate, please. I am a new member and do not want to do anything against guidelines. Thanx! -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of David Ferrin Sent: Wednesday, May 14, 2014 7:10 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] another memo about cross posting Folks, please stop this practice. It is really becoming annoying and as you may or may not have figured out by now when we catch such messages and most of the time we do they simply get kicked to the street so to speak. This just gives us more work and honestly reading all of the mail on here to make sure it is on topic ETC is more than enough. I know I've said this before and probably will say it again. Here's a possible new course of action. Maybe we'll just start kicking such people off the list since they feel the guidelines don't apply to them any way. I know this might make some people angry but we're not here to win a popularity contest, we're just here to manage a mailing list. Oh and don't begin such messages with the old line, sorry for the cross post either. That doesn't fly at this airport so to speak. With almost 700 members we have to be a bit strict, honestly I feel that most people approve of the orderly manner things are handled on here. Now it is off my soap box, have a nice day and keep helping each other out. I don't like taking the time to write such messages, honestly I'm glad it doesn't happen often at all and that's a good thing.
