Hello David, First I will try the F3 key. This is what I did step by step. 1. opened my delete folder in Outlook 2010 2. Hit the F3 key 3. Typed in a person's name that an looking for. 4. waited a few seconds after typing the name and hit tab once. Then Jaws says close search button. If I hit my tab key again it goes back to the tree view on the deleted folder. Note, when I type the name of the person's email I am looking for and wait a few seconds I can see below the find box emails highlighted of the person's name I have put in the search field. I cannot figure out how to get to them.
That is where I am at now so can you suggest what I need to do next to get to the emails?
